Who’s that guy on the screen in all those Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) math videos at HippoCampus.org? None other than </span>AoPS co-founder and former Math Olympian Richard Rusczyk (pronounced RUH-sick). A USA Mathematical Olympiad winner in 1989, he went on to graduate from Princeton University in 1993 and is one of the co-authors of a series of AoPS math subjects ranging from algebra to geometry to precalculus. He also co-created the Mandelbrot Competition and is a past director of the USA Mathematical Talent Search. He’s especially enthusiastic about guiding students who love math and can’t get enough of it, but his clear videos model the thought process for solving problems in clear steps that are easy for even reluctant to understand. The AoPS website and online community can be found at the Art of Problem Solving website.

The NROC Project is delighted to offer more than 300 AoPS math videos at HippoCampus.org.
