Join student success experts Carol Carter and Sarah Kravits as they explore how coaching can help students persist during times of challenge, crisis, and change. Sarah will share examples of academic coaching in distributed settings, while Carol will demonstrate how coaching helps students secure gainful employment during and after an economic downturn.

Participants will learn about effective coaching strategies, including how to teach students to coach themselves and their peers.

Sarah Kravits, LifeBound Certified Trainer, Academic Coach, and Author

Sarah Kravits is an Academic Coach with Rutgers University and has been researching and writing about student success for over 20 years as a co-author on the Keys to Success series. In May of 2020 she received an M Ed from the Rutgers University Graduate School of Education, with a focus in Learning, Cognition, and Development.
